The Humble Butterfly is a family-owned Christian gift, encouragement & subscription box boutique in northern California that began out of a sincere desire to encourage, uplift, inspire and create using the gifts and talents that God has blessed us with. 

We are a Mother-Daughter team (a ma and da shop 😊) and we love witnessing and being a part of the generosity of others. 

We believe that giving is not just about purchasing items for a specific occasion. Giving is an every day way of life and a legacy worth living and passing on.  We believe in giving love, time, encouragement, inspiration, comfort, compassion, understanding, attentiveness, and forgiveness and encouraging others to do the same. We believe in giving gifts that keep on giving.   

We know that the greatest giver and gifter is our Heavenly Father God Himself who gave His only begotten son so that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but shall have the ultimate gift of eternal life and relationship with Him. We are grateful for that truth and for the opportunity to be His vessels in this world.  His goodness and blessings continue to overflow in our lives.  We have witnessed first-hand the benefit and blessing of pursuing and deepening our intimacy with Him.  Therefore, we decided to curate a subscription box with the purpose of encouraging Christian women to fuel their fire and passion for God in the busyness of everyday life.  It is called, “The Aflame Box” and is available on this site as well as on Cratejoy. 

At The Humble Butterfly, we hope you find something that will encourage and/or uplift you and your loved ones, whether it’s a subscription box, a gift basket, a plaque, a mug, a devotional, etc.

Our mission is to love, honor and serve God, encourage fellow believers in their faith and intimacy with God, and help you live and enjoy your best everyday life growing in and with Him daily.  We look forward to serving you!
