SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY FOR MADE ON DEMAND PRODUCTS

We carry a few items items in our store (apparel, custom totes** and mugs***) that are made on demand*.  This means that the item is made after you place your order.  This allows us to be very flexible in offering the best pricing for our customers at the highest quality.  

PLEASE ALLOW 2 TO 3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY.

In most cases, delivery times are much faster.

* Items that are made on demand are marked "Made On Demand" within the description of the item. Please note that gift baskets, trays and boxes, though made on demand do not fall within this category and are available to be shipped and delivered by the date you select on the calendar in your cart.

** Only some of our totes are made on demand.  Other totes are pre-made and able to be delivered by the date that you select on the calendar in your cart. 

*** Most mugs that we carry are not made on demand and therefore are pre-made and ready to be shipped and delivered by the date you select on the calendar in your cart.
